3. Refund Process

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo.

  • We will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

5. Exchanges

  • Items eligible for a refund may also be exchanged for another product of equal value.
